About The Position

Eldora is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate Eldora’s in-resort guest shuttles, assist with general parking responsibilities, maintain company vehicles, perform snow removal and drainage control at shuttle stops, and assist with fleet maintenance. This role also involves supporting other Eldora departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer interaction skills and experience driving shuttles, buses, or rideshares. This is a seasonal position with potential fluctuations in hours based on business volume.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid US Driver’s License and completion of an MVR check to company standards.
• Minimum age 18 years old to drive company vehicles.
• CDL Required.
• Must be able to sit and drive multiple hours a day.
• Must be able to work and drive in all-weather and road conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving shuttles, buses, or rideshares.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests safely through lots and provide directions.
• Drive employees from Nederland High School safely to the resort (CDL required).
• Assist in Parking duties as needed or during slow times.
• Maintain vehicles and keep service logs daily.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support Eldora’s corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment by participating in the Sustainable Transportation Program.
• Work weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.
