About The Position

H&S Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a shuttle driver position. This role involves taking loaded trailers to various hubs, dropping them off, and picking up empty trailers to bring back to Kearney. The job utilizes a CDL license, ensures drivers are home every day, and is described as an easy drop and hook job. The company works exclusively with Cash-Wa Distributing, a large privately-owned food service distributor in the Midwest. This role offers opportunities within a growing team that focuses on relationships.

Requirements

21 years old
Current CDL with Doubles/Triples Endorsement, or willing to get one
Good driving record
High school or equivalent education
Ability to climb in/out of trucks
Exertion necessary to connect the Con Gear up to 2 times per day

Responsibilities

Haul loaded trailers to various hubs.
Drop off loaded trailers and pick up empty trailers.
Bring empty trailers back to Kearney.
Shuttle loaded trailers from North Platte to Kearney, pick up 2 full trailers, and bring them back to North Platte, typically twice per night.
Potentially shuttle to other locations.
Follow a delivery route.
Build loads for customers at each stop.
Read and scan delivery tickets.
Work with customers on product placement.
Obtain required signatures.
Develop relationships with repeat customers.
