As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences by ensuring safe and timely transportation. You will be responsible for navigating designated routes, assisting guests with their luggage, and providing helpful information about local attractions. Your friendly and professional demeanor will help create a memorable and welcoming experience for all guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in driving or customer service role.
- Familiarity with the local area and attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Valid NC or SC driver’s license with a clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety.
- Time management skills to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle guest inquiries and unexpected situations.
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors and customers.
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs (luggage).
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to enter and exit the shuttle vehicle multiple times per shift.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Help guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
- Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, and hotel services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the shuttle vehicle, report any maintenance issues, and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations while driving.
