About The Position

Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to safely transport passengers to and from designated locations on a fixed route. The position involves interacting with customers and vendors and providing a friendly travel experience. It is best suited to someone who enjoys a fixed route and specific schedule. The schedule and shift are variable, with 32–40 hours per week; the posting describes the status as part time to full-time. Pay is $23.00 per hour plus tips and a $0.50-per-hour safety bonus paid quarterly. Training pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• CDL B with passenger endorsement.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clean background.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test; this is a safety-sensitive position.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Results-driven work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, motor coach operation, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the vehicle before and after driving by following a checklist.
• Safely transport passengers along designated routes.
• Safely load and unload passengers and luggage weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Interact with Bellair Charter / Airporter Shuttle customers and vendors.
• Understand and follow safe driving guidelines and practices.
