About The Position

As a Shuttle Driver at US Foods, you will operate tractor-trailers transporting foodservice products—including meat, produce, frozen foods, and dry goods—between distribution centers and remote dispatch sites. The role supports safe, reliable distribution operations and timely service. The position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Schedule and hours may vary based on business needs, and overtime may be required. The stated expected base rate is $27.05 to $33.88 per hour, depending on relevant experience or education, skills, function, location, and other applicable factors.

Requirements

Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
Have a minimum of 6 months of commercial driving experience.
Hold a doubles endorsement.
Be comfortable working overnight.
Be able to read and communicate in English, including conversing, understanding highway traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and entering information on reports and records.
Be able to safely perform the physical duties associated with operating commercial tractor-trailers.
Be comfortable driving and working in inclement weather.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of driving experience with a doubles endorsement.
Ability to operate a manual transmission; this may be required in specific locations.

Responsibilities

Safely operate tractor-trailers between distribution centers and remote dispatch sites.
Transport refrigerated, frozen, and dry foodservice products.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Perform Backhaul or Delivery Driver duties as needed.
Follow company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
