About The Position

As a seasonal Shuttle Driver at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for transporting and delivering guests to various destinations within Whistler. This role involves assisting guests with pick-ups and drop-offs, working independently to provide exceptional guest experiences on the road, and maintaining a friendly, upbeat, and congenial attitude. The position requires a strong commitment to serving guests and ensuring their safety and comfort.

Requirements

• Previous experience driving a shuttle bus is required
• Valid class 4 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
• Fluent spoken English
• Strong commitment to service
• Valid work authorization for Canada

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a hotel is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Greet, transport, and deliver guests with a friendly, upbeat, and congenial attitude
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the village and surrounding streets to provide directions to guests
• Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off of guests at requested landmarks
• Prioritize guest safety and comfort at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the shuttle bus
• Regularly restock all amenities on board the shuttle
