About The Position

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and reliable transportation services for guests, team members, and hotel operations as assigned. This role ensures a welcoming and professional transportation experience while maintaining vehicle safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Professional, courteous, and guest-focused demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driving or hospitality transportation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local area roads, attractions, and routes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for guests to and from designated locations, including airports, local attractions, and property-related destinations.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of assigned vehicles at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning.
