About The Position

GLMG Hotels is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Hotel Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous, and reliable transportation services for hotel guests. This position serves as a key ambassador of the hotel by creating positive first and last impressions while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Requirements

Valid driver's license required.
Must meet hotel insurance carrier driving requirements.
Strong guest service and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist guests with luggage.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous shuttle driving, transportation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of local roads, attractions, businesses, and airports preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and timely transportation for hotel guests.
Transport guests to and from airports, businesses, restaurants, event venues, and approved destinations.
Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings when appropriate.
Maintain scheduled shuttle routes and respond promptly to transportation requests.
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
Maintain transportation logs and communicate schedules with hotel staff.
Assist Front Desk and hotel operations during downtime between shuttle runs.
