About The Position

As a Shuttle Driver at The Cliffs at Long Creek, you will provide excellent service by assisting owners and guests with luggage to and from their rooms and handling other special requests. You will also provide scheduled shuttle service to and from designated resort locations. The role supports guest arrivals, front desk check-in, and special room deliveries, while helping maintain resort vehicles and related equipment.

Requirements

• Able to work flexible schedules between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the property front entrance and guest arrivals.
• Keep shuttles, bell carts, and other related equipment clean.
• Report problems or unusual activities to management.
• Support the Front Desk during check-in.
• Assist Food and Beverage outlets with special room deliveries.
• Detail resort vehicles and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Assist owners and guests with luggage to and from their rooms and respond to other special requests.
• Provide scheduled shuttle service between designated resort locations.
