Requirements

Must have valid Driver’s License with no major moving violations or accidents in the last three (3) years.
Must have previous driving experience in a similar vehicle (e.g. large shuttle van or bus).
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.

Nice To Haves

Multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
Operates the shuttle van in accordance with all laws and regulations while following company policy to ensure a safe and pleasant operating environment.
Delivers guests and/or team members to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner.
Communicates with dispatch and other drivers as needed.
Inspects vehicle condition before and after use; reports discrepancies found on vehicle before using.
Routinely checks vehicle fluid levels and fuels vehicles as appropriate; immediately reports any mechanical problems or other deterioration of vehicle.
Monitors all vehicle operational systems and indicators to ensure the continued proper operation of equipment.
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
