Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle record (MVR) requirements.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles in various weather and traffic conditions.
- Ability to assist passengers and enter/exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other local destinations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
- Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Department regarding customer transportation needs.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
