About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The Shuttle Driver drives a shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility. They greet passengers and provide assistance with loading and unloading. The driver operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations. They monitor vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms. Communication with dispatchers, drivers and other employees is done using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announce arrivals and delays, coordinate the pick-up of customers, or handle other vehicle or customer issues that arise. Pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses are conducted at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions. The driver monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems. Accidents or other safety situations are reported to dispatch or supervisor. All customers are treated in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

You are at least 20 years old.
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+

Responsibilities
