About The Position
The Shuttle Driver will safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events. This role involves assisting guests with luggage, welcoming them warmly, and responding quickly to their questions or requests. The driver will also handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed, and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of shuttles, the front drive, and the lobby.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with a great attitude
- Licensed and safe driver with a valid driver’s license
- Strong communicator, able to handle questions and concerns
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift
- Flexible schedule, available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
