About The Position

Become part of our team! We are seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver for a private residential community and sporting club unlike any other. We offer an end of season bonus and 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match after 6 months. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing exceptional vendor experience for services to the Club. As a part-time shuttle driver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and vendors. This position will be three days per week.

Requirements

• Ability to get along well with others, demonstrate flexibility, work as a member of a team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Regular attendance and timeliness are required
• Golf cart driving experience in a country club setting
• Acceptable driver license

Responsibilities

• Clean / maintain shuttle carts, shuttle storage, and parking areas
• Clean shuttle trailers
• Follow a precise scheduled route
• Maintain friendly, focused, and safe experience for passengers
• Participate as part of the Emergency Response Team in the event of an emergency
• Report maintenance issues for prompt repair arrangement
• May require adjusted work schedules to meet deadlines
• Regular attendance and timeliness are required
