As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives.

Responsibilities

Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations in a timely manner while their vehicles are being serviced.
Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service department standards.
Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of passenger names and destinations.
Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.
Maintain a clean, well-kept shuttle vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
