About The Position

Yugo Pullman Hills is seeking a Shuttle Driver to join their community-based team. The primary responsibility is to provide a safe and secure transportation service for students, ensuring they get from point A to point B. This role requires organization, adherence to a strict schedule, and a commitment to providing a safe and excellent student experience. The Shuttle Driver will report to the General Manager.

Requirements

Be at least 25 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Have a clean driving record and can meet federal & state driving standards.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations as well as Yugo policies & procedures.
Able to exercise good judgement and operate under time pressure.
Meet OMV vision requirements.
Able to speak and read English to converse with residents and staff.
Switched on and approachable and a of course a night owl.
Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training

Responsibilities

Operate Shuttle in a safe and responsible manner on a scheduled route to all designated destinations.
Always abide by all traffic laws and regulations and company policy.
Perform daily inspection of the shuttle to insure cleanliness and good working order.
Always deliver superior service to current and prospective residents.
Assist with routine cleaning and detailing of shuttle.
Maintain mileage and maintenance records along with fuel and fluid levels.
Assist passengers on and off the vehicle, as necessary, ensuring safe transport.
Enforce federal, state, and company guidelines for shuttle passengers.
