About The Position

Join Cooper Spur Ski Area as a Shuttle Driver/Rental Shop Technician in a guest-focused, dual-role position at a winter mountain resort. As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide safe, reliable transportation for team members and guests, navigating winter road conditions and helping ensure timely access to the ski area. In the Rental Shop, you will fit guests with skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets, and provide friendly guidance and support. This part-time, seasonal position combines driving, equipment knowledge, teamwork, and guest service.

Requirements

Must be 19 or older.
Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength, including shoveling snow.
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard gear.
Ski and snowboard tuning experience.
Boot-fitting experience.
Experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

Transport team members and guests safely and reliably to the ski area, navigating winter conditions.
Help ensure smooth, timely access to the ski area for guests and employees.
Fit guests with skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets.
Provide guests with friendly guidance and support in the Rental Shop.
Perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength, including shoveling snow.
