About The Position

Join the Cooper Spur Ski Area team as a Shuttle Driver/Rental Shop Technician in a seasonal, guest-focused role. The position combines safe and reliable transportation for team members and guests with hands-on work in the Rental Shop. As a driver, you will navigate winter conditions and help provide smooth, timely access to the ski area. In the Rental Shop, you will fit guests with skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets and provide friendly guidance and support. This is a part-time seasonal position.

Requirements

Must be 19 or older.
Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength, including shoveling snow.
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard gear.
Ski and snowboard tuning experience.
Boot fitting experience.
Experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, reliable transportation for team members and guests in winter conditions.
Help ensure smooth and timely transportation access to the ski area.
Fit guests with skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets in the Rental Shop.
Offer guests friendly guidance and support with rental equipment.
