About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver and Parts Delivery team member for their Service Department at Kendall Audi, BMW, Porsche of Bend. This is a fast-paced role that involves providing transportation for clients and assisting the parts department with shipping, receiving, and delivery duties. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people and is familiar with navigating local city streets.

Requirements

• Ability to drive cars, vans, and large SUVs.
• Driver License and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with city streets and navigation.
• Ability to read maps, signs, and use a GPS navigation device.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for clients to and from the dealership.
• Assist the parts department with shipping and receiving duties.
• Receive and store arriving shipments.
• Stock in all items.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.
• Deliver parts to appropriate parties.
• Drive parts truck to in-town locations.
• Assist with moving service vehicles between dealer locations.
• Prepare parts and materials for shipment.
• Maintain shipping records.
• Drive courteously for clients.
• Coordinate with vehicle operation and schedule pick up/drop off times for efficiency and client satisfaction.
