About The Position

Traditions in Tile & Stone is a family-owned and operated distribution company based in Atlanta with operations across the Southeast. We are seeking a remarkable candidate for inside showroom sales and design in our beautiful Jacksonville location. In this position, you will join an extraordinarily talented team of showroom designers, focused on providing superior customer service. You will be working with interior designers, contractors, and homeowners to create a beautiful presentation for their residential or commercial projects. Our goal is to provide exceptional design service, as well as continued support throughout the project.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer Skills including Microsoft Office products
• 2+ years of sales experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience and/or degree in Interior Design
• Experience in tile/flooring industry is a plus
• Energetic, fun personality with a strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations
• Team-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented individual
• Sales professional with skills to build, manage and grow customer base
• An individual passionate about and currently knowledgeable in interior residential design trends

Responsibilities

• Working with interior designers, contractors, and homeowners to create a beautiful presentation for their residential or commercial projects.
• Providing superior customer service.
• Providing exceptional design service and continued support throughout the project.
• Building, managing, and growing customer base through timely follow-up, pursuing leads, and developing relationships.
