About The Position

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a Showroom Sales Coordinator for its Columbia, Maryland showroom. The role provides an efficient and luxurious experience for showroom visitors by welcoming them, gathering initial information, and communicating necessary information before and during their visit. The Coordinator contributes to the Path-to-Purchase process and performs administrative duties for the department as needed.

The position includes greeting clients, offering beverages, coordinating tours with available showroom sales consultants, and managing walk-in and appointment traffic. It also involves managing the showroom phone line, confirming appointments, answering incoming calls, and scheduling consultations. The Coordinator prepares and supports showroom events, including RSVP management, attendance confirmations, setup, and execution. Administrative responsibilities include keeping product literature stocked, ordering supplies, and liaising with Corporate about product updates and installations.

A pre-employment drug test and background check are required after a conditional job offer. A negative drug test is required for employment; refusal to test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate. Testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors, offer beverages, coordinate tours with available showroom sales consultants, and manage walk-in and appointment traffic.
• Manage the showroom phone line, contact customers to confirm appointments, answer incoming calls, and schedule showroom consultations.
• Coordinate and prepare for showroom events, including managing RSVP lists, confirming attendance, setup, and execution.
• Ensure product literature is stocked and order necessary supplies.
• Act as a liaison between the showroom and Corporate regarding product updates and installations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
