About The Position

This position oversees assigned operational functions for front of house operations for assigned theaters and showrooms, as well as property with consistent with the strategic vision for the Entertainment COE. This position manages the delivery of guest service with the company core service standards as well as continuing to build and strengthen relationships with both show partners and property partners.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 Years of Prior Relevant Experience in ticketing, box office or showroom operations Required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with budgeting, profit and loss statements Preferred
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting Preferred
• Previous experience managing multiple employees in a fast-paced environment Preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for showrooms, theaters, and other property events
• Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and coach staff for the efficient operation of the assigned venues
• Drive employee engagement and guest experience through coaching, training and development
• Manage departmental budgeting/forecasting and supporting documentation for both management and show partner and client review
• Manage talent, show partner, and client relationships and provide continued support when needed
