About The Position

Join the Rallye Motor Company! As Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, we have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Showroom Greeter/Receptionist with Rallye Mercedes-Benz! If you're a friendly and enthusiastic individual who loves working with people, this is the perfect role for you. You'll be the face of our dealership, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our valued guests! Part time schedule: Weekends: Saturdays 9:00am - 6:00pm & Sundays 11:00am - 4:00PM.

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a must.
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in phone handling and basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite and Excel is a plus.
A professional appearance and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Must be available for flexible part-time hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for our clients—greeting them with a smile and directing them to the right department.
Handle incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Support our sales team by managing showroom traffic flow and keeping the area organized.
Assist with data entry and maintain an efficient record-keeping system.
Perform various clerical duties to keep our operations running smoothly.
