About The Position

The Driver is responsible for safely and professionally transporting vehicles to customers and ensuring each guest receives their newly purchased or serviced vehicle in pristine condition. This position plays a key role in creating a smooth and memorable customer experience by delivering vehicles with courtesy, confidence, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable.
• Minimum of 10 years of driving experience (per your earlier requirements).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle features and operation.
• Demonstrated good judgment and safe driving habits.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport vehicles to customers at designated locations.
• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional delivery experience.
• Ensure vehicles are immaculate inside and out prior to delivery.
• Coordinate and schedule delivery times with customers.
• Complete all documentation required for the delivery process.
• Address customer concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
• Record and send video walkthroughs of vehicles as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery.
• Assist with dealer trades as required.
• Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
