Requirements

• Must be successful at providing outstanding customer service to our clients!
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic math skills, being able to count currency

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all clients and assist them with paying their service invoice
• Use our multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party
• Process sales receipts
• Do general, office type duties like emailing, copying, filing, and faxing
