About The Position

Our showroom is seeking a Showroom Assistant to help maintain an elevated, luxury client experience while supporting the daily operations and presentation of the showroom. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and hospitality-driven, with a strong sense of organization and pride in creating a polished environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the showroom operates smoothly by supporting visual presentation, inventory organization, client hospitality, and day-to-day operational needs. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative without hesitation, and contribute to maintaining the high standards of the brand experience at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Prior affiliation with successful customer-facing businesses, preferably in the retail or luxury industries
  • Familiarity and passion for the custom apparel industry
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
  • A passion to serve as a Brand Ambassador both inside and outside of the showroom

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the showroom daily, including sweeping, dusting, organizing, and cleaning surfaces
  • Ensure all fabric books, custom samples, inventory, and displays are visually appealing and maintained to showroom standards
  • Support the daily flow of the showroom to ensure a smooth and elevated client experience
  • Greet and welcome clients into the showroom with exceptional hospitality and professionalism
  • Prepare fitting rooms, garments, and appointment spaces prior to client appointments
  • Steam garments and maintain presentation standards for all client fittings and displays
  • Assist stylists and showroom leadership with day-to-day showroom needs
  • Run showroom-related errands including tailor pick-up/drop-off, supply runs, shipping runs, and other business needs
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and stock maintenance
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the showroom
  • Support visual merchandising updates, floor changes, and showroom enhancements
  • Complete daily and weekly organizational projects to improve showroom efficiency and presentation
  • Maintain showroom hospitality areas including refreshments, coffee/bar setup, and client lounge spaces
  • Assist with supply ordering and monitor showroom inventory levels
  • Assist with technical general troubleshooting when needed
  • Help maintain relationships and coordination with tailoring and alteration partners
  • Ensure all client-facing areas consistently reflect luxury brand standards
