Requirements

  • Experience managing a retail showroom or similar environment, or demonstrated ability to step into a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Comfort receiving direct, honest feedback and adjusting quickly.
  • Ownership mindset with strong follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of lighting or electrical products preferred; design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering sales results for the showroom.
  • Creating a unique experience for customers.
  • Assisting with training Sales and Customer Service Associates in partnership with Management.
  • Managing Service Associate, Merchandising, Inventory, and expense control.
  • Meeting or exceeding all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Resolving customer issues for satisfaction by working collaboratively with Management and other departments, and following up with the customer on order tracking and updates.
  • Ensuring and maintaining inventory integrity, accuracy, location, etc.
  • Overseeing all receiving and warehouse operations.
  • Ensuring store merchandising standards are maintained (i.e., merchandising visuals, marketing, cleanliness, appropriate inventory levels, warehouse and storage organization, safety, etc.) in accordance with Company operating policies and procedures.
  • Processing ERP transactions (i.e., sales, returns, correction orders, exchanges, etc.) in accordance with company policies and providing accurate information to clients and internal partners.
  • Maintaining a calm demeanor and managing issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with company standards.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Supporting recruiting, training, mentoring, and scheduling in partnership with Management.
  • Ensuring accurate pricing and approving discounts or exceptions when appropriate.
  • Performing additional duties as needed to support business operations.
