About The Position

We're seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the Alexandria area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional opportunities to conduct property evaluations. The role involves traveling to properties, conducting showings for prospective tenants, preparing units, ensuring accessibility and security, and reporting feedback. There are also optional opportunities to conduct property evaluations, which involve assessing property conditions, documenting deficiencies using Doorstead tooling, and evaluating exterior and interior areas. The position requires independent and efficient work, with an average evaluation time of 1 hour.

Requirements

Real estate license is required as company policy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with frequent local travel
Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
Professional demeanor with positive attitude
Reliable transportation
Smartphone capable of running our mobile friendly evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos

Responsibilities

Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants
