About The Position

We're seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the Alexandria area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional opportunities to conduct property evaluations. The role involves traveling to properties, conducting showings for prospective tenants, preparing units, ensuring accessibility and security, and reporting feedback. Paid commute time is included. Optional property evaluations involve assessing conditions, documenting deficiencies using Doorstead tooling, and evaluating various property areas, including exterior, interior common spaces, and system functionality, with an average evaluation time of 1 hour.

Requirements

Real estate license is required as company policy
Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants

Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
