About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality bathroom remodels. The Installer will be responsible for performing safe and effective installations of new tubs, shower pans, and wall surrounds, while also updating plumbing as needed. This role requires providing customers with a 5-star experience, from arrival and rapport building to thorough cleanup and final paperwork. The position operates Monday-Friday, starting at 6:30 AM, with work performed at customer locations after loading materials at the warehouse.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
