About The Position

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking skilled and dependable Bathroom Installers and Remodelers to join their installation team serving homeowners across Florida. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, offering competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and performance bonuses. The company provides a company box truck, tools, materials, gas, and hotel accommodations for overnight travel. They emphasize a career path with opportunities for advancement from Installer to Lead Installer, Team Lead, and potentially Installation Manager. The role involves completing high-quality bath and shower remodeling projects in customers' homes, focusing on quality work, customer experience, and professional conduct.

Requirements

1+ years of construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience is preferred, but not required
Plumbing and/or carpentry experience preferred
Acrylic shower and bath installation experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Professional attitude when working in customers' homes
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Perform demolition and removal of existing bath and shower systems
Installing bath and shower remodeling systems
Performing finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed
Completing installations according to company quality standards
Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Communicating professionally with homeowners and management throughout the project
Following established installation systems and procedures
Uploading completion photos and job updates
Taking ownership of the finished product and customer experience
