About The Position

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking an experienced Lead Bathroom Installer / Remodeler to lead residential bath and shower installation projects across Florida. This is a hands-on leadership role for individuals with trade knowledge, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to manage a crew from demolition to the final walkthrough. The company provides materials, vehicles, and tools, with an operations team offering support. The role requires strong plumbing and remodeling experience, project management skills, and a desire for career growth into higher-level installation leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience
  • Strong plumbing experience required
  • Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong carpentry and finish-work skills
  • Ability to read the job, identify problems, and develop solutions in the field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Professional communication skills when working with homeowners and company leadership
  • Ability to lead, coach, and hold crew members accountable
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed throughout Florida

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing or applicable trade experience preferred
  • 1+ year of acrylic bath and shower system experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead bathroom installation projects from start to finish
  • Perform demolition and removal of existing bath and shower systems
  • Install acrylic bath and shower remodeling systems
  • Perform plumbing, finish carpentry, and related installation work
  • Supervise, train, and support crew members on-site
  • Assign work and keep the crew productive throughout the project
  • Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and make sound decisions in the field
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and management throughout the installation
  • Communicate job progress, issues, and updates with operations
  • Follow company installation systems, procedures, and quality standards
  • Complete final walkthroughs, project photos, and job documentation
  • Take ownership of the quality of the finished project and overall customer experience
