Showcase Presenter
About The Position
As a Group Speaker, you will meet prospective owners face-to-face and help them create unique vacation experiences at resorts and destinations around the world. You will showcase vacation options, build rapport, provide excellent customer service, and work alongside experienced sales representatives. Leads are provided, so prospecting and cold calling are not required. Front-to-back sales presentations are available for experienced representatives. The role includes paid training and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Compensation is $15 per hour, plus performance-based commissions and bonuses. Actual earnings vary based on individual, company, or site performance. Total on-target earnings are stated as $75,000–$150,000 when established performance targets are met.
