About The Position
The purpose of a shoulder cutter is to perform quality cuts on the shoulders of the front halves.

Responsibilities
- Use knife to perform quality cut on the front half shoulders on the cone line.
- After performing the cut drop wing onto wing belt
- Employee will grab the tender without excessive tearing and remove from the small front.
- Must be able to grip a knife and cut the shoulders.
- Employee will remove bones on a moving cone line.
- Must be able to work on a moving cone line running at approximately 36-72 birds per minute
