About The Position

Support the assembly, preparation, and consistent production flow of smaller, high-demand Value Add machines using established work instructions and visual aids. Safely utilize basic hand tools and power tools to install, attach, or secure parts, accessories, batteries, and labels. Perform basic visual inspections to confirm machines and components are clean, complete, and free of obvious issues like visible damage before moving to the next step. Assist with staging, organizing, and tracking inventory movement within the warehouse using basic computer functions and MRP/WMS systems under direction. Follow all warehouse safety regulations, maintain a highly organized workstation, and effectively communicate production or quality issues to your supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or 6+ months of relevant experience
  • Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience safely operating basic manual hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to execute repetitive assembly tasks accurately, follow technical instructions/diagrams, and read basic measurements.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Körber One WMS, or other warehouse tracking software is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both independently and as a reliable team player to hit daily production goals.
  • Must be able to perform tasks that include lifting up to 100 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for up to 10 hours daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Körber One WMS, or other warehouse tracking software is a plus.
