Total Recon is seeking a Shop Support Associate to assist in managing vehicle operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and helping ensure efficient fleet performance. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both drivers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle check-ins, inspections, and readiness to ensure top performance.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, clean interiors, and ensure all cars are road-ready.
- Keep track of vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and key documentation.
- Work closely with the service and operations teams to optimize fleet availability.
