About The Position
A PIRTEK Shop Specialist services walk-in customers at our hose repair shops. This position requires an inquisitive nature, mechanical background, and excellent problem-solving skills to be successful. A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Shop Specialist ensures customers receive world-class service to get their equipment back up and running.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Mechanically inclined (experience in hydraulics a plus)
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hoses with efficiency and accuracy
- Anticipate and address customer needs
- Maintain showroom and shop inventory, tools, and facilities
- Streamline and support daily processes
- Follow-up with customers to generate additional business
