You will be responsible for refurbishment and/or repairing equipment designated by manager/lead to like new condition and insuring minimal out of box failures.

Requirements

Minimum of two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively communicate and willingness and commitment to first time fix and customer service excellence.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or technical school certification.
Electrical & plumbing experience

Responsibilities

Refurbish various coffee and juice machines and equipment.
Disassemble and clean equipment
Replace a fixed parts set by model as defined by manager/lead
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all problems with the equipment
Set correct water pressures
Test operation of completed dispenser to insure it is 100% operational
Notify manager/lead of units that should be scrapped
Complete paperwork on time and accurately
Maintain an orderly and safe work area
Ensures service area is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner
Keeps manager and/or lead advised of any problems or potential problems
Follow all safety procedures including proper lifting techniques, PPE, Lock out, Tag out
