This role focuses on getting equipment ready before it reaches the customer, emphasizing equipment setup, inspection, and quality. It involves less reactive work and more of a controlled, detail-driven environment, playing a key role in delivering job-ready equipment. Technicians will work on a wide range of equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, paving equipment, and attachments, performing hands-on assembly, configuration, and functional testing. The position offers exposure to different machines and systems within a team environment with strong support from technicians, parts, and service teams, featuring clear processes and expectations in a collaborative, quality-focused culture.
