Requirements

  • Experience in automotive, mechanical, or installation environments preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key support to the Store Manager by assisting in daily shop operations and workflow coordination.
  • Actively participate in product installations alongside the team, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Reinforce company goals and priorities with the team.
  • Lead by example in productivity, attitude, and work quality.
  • Help drive efficient day-to-day shop performance by coordinating installation schedules and project timelines.
  • Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workspace organization.
  • Monitor workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Support team growth by assisting with onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to staff.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Deliver high-quality service by supporting customer interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure installations meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Maintain control and accuracy through assisting with inventory tracking and stock organization.
  • Support ordering and receiving processes.
  • Keep the shop clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Uphold company standards by following safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas.
  • Support loss prevention and proper material usage.
