About The Position

Join Aftermath as a Shop Manager and lead a team that restores peace of mind after life’s toughest moments. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and coach a team while also being hands-on in the field. You will manage shop operations, inventory, and scheduling, serving as the trusted point of contact for clients during critical times and ensuring safety, compliance, and top-notch service. This role involves biohazard cleanup (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes). Aftermath is the nation’s largest biohazard remediation and trauma cleanup company, with over 60 regional offices and over 100 mobile units. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• 2+ years of leadership experience (biohazard, restoration, or similar preferred)
• Ability to handle dynamic schedules and challenging environments
• Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated ability to review financial statements and manage inventory (preferred)
