About The Position
Join Aftermath as a Shop Manager and lead a team that restores peace of mind after life’s toughest moments. This role offers a hybrid pay structure with a pay rate of $36-$40 per hour, flexibility with no set 9-5 hours to adapt to real-time service needs, and benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Training, and Career Growth. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- 2+ years of leadership experience (biohazard, restoration, or similar preferred)
- Ability to handle dynamic schedules and challenging environments
- Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)

- Demonstrated ability to review financial statements and manage inventory
