About The Position
Auto Glass Now is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Shop Manager to lead a team of Auto Glass Technicians. This role involves managing daily operations, including team leadership, inventory control, financial oversight, and customer service. Requirements
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test for safety
- Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- Must have basic computer operating skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience is valued but not required
- Experienced managers can earn $25/hr or more with lucrative bonuses
- No experience necessary to join our team as an Manager at one of our shops

- Backgrounds in glass technician, construction worker, mechanic, retail employee, landscaper, and other trade worker roles are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps
- Creating employee schedules & submitting payroll
- Controlling inventory: Conduct End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory
- Balance registers, close out invoices, and make bank deposits
- Placing product orders and physically restocking inventory as necessary
- Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely
- Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
- Supporting other team members with duties such as responding to customers questions and repairing glass
- Providing excellent customer service
