Requirements

3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment
Knowledge of computer diagnostics.
Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

3 or more years of experience in a supervisor role

Responsibilities

Lead the service shop and ensure that all service work is completed in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
Work on construction and forestry equipment as needed.
Serve as the primary contact when repair challenges arise.
Perform quality control checks on all equipment leaving the shop.
Complete check in/ check out forms on all machinery.
Provide Customer Service Advisors with customer check information.
Support and mentor a team of shop technicians.
