Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and use tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with technicians and other employees within the department and dealership.
• A Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from the designated address.
• Pick up and deliver parts to customers.
• Perform Oil changes, replace oil filters, and inspect fluid levels.
• Mount and balance tires and perform rotations as required.
• Clean the shop and take out garbages.
• Other duties as required
• Answering incoming customer calls to book appointments for service, recalls, and pre-bookings
• Create work orders, describing customer concerns to help technicians diagnose what repairs are needed.
• Process and track warranty claims
