Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver license.
- Able to pass a drug test.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities
- Handling materials, equipment, and deliveries for job sites.
- Checking in and out of equipment, as well as repair tools/equipment.
- Cut and mow yards, maintain landscape.
- Basic maintenance skills for office building upkeep.
