About The Position

Electrex Industrial Solutions, a family-owned business founded in 1957 specializing in industrial electrical, mechanical, controls, and automation, is seeking energetic, hardworking individuals for full-time, permanent positions. This is an entry-level role in our electrical shop, offering the opportunity to learn about materials and equipment used in the commercial/industrial electrical industry. We serve the automotive manufacturing industry, including tool & die, robotics, stamping presses, plastic injection, and all other types of facilities.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old
• Possess a valid chauffeur's license with a clean driving record (chauffeur's license required within 30 days)
• Able to tow a trailer behind a pickup truck, or be able to learn
• Pass a physical
• Work 40+ hours per week
• Available to work weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Stocking of electrical materials
• Taking deliveries from suppliers and delivery companies
• Picking up materials from suppliers and taking them to job sites
• Delivering scissor lifts to job sites (need to tow a trailer)
• Basic truck maintenance and washing
• Material reconditioning
• Shop maintenance
