Be a part of a leading team in the entertainment industry! We are looking for a Shop Foreman to come join the 4Wall team! While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for providing coordination, supervision, planning and support for multiple departments within the shop. You will also work directly with the Operations Manager to determine the day to day shop tasks, as well as provide timely reporting and address any issues/concerns as needed.

Requirements

At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing warehouse employees and loading dock/warehouse operations.
Knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging and entertainment equipment.
Good written/verbal and computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 75 to 100lbs.

Responsibilities

Providing coordination, supervision, planning and support for multiple departments within the shop.
Working directly with the Operations Manager to determine the day to day shop tasks.
Providing timely reporting and addressing any issues/concerns as needed.
