About The Position

This entry-level position involves the fabrication of hose and gasket products, requiring the use of various tools and machinery to customize products according to customer needs. The role is safety-sensitive and aims to accurately fabricate hose assemblies, gaskets, and related products, ensure safe tool usage, maintain a compliant workspace, and support warehouse and delivery tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to perform duties successfully using reasoning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Follow verbal and written directions with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Must have a valid, active Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely use potentially dangerous equipment.
• Occasionally required to sit; must be able to stand, climb, stoop, crouch, reach, walk, and bend.
• Must be able to travel by car.
• Must be able to talk and hear.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, measuring, and cutting tools such as tape measures and mechanic’s tools.
• Operate shop equipment such as die press, belt slitter, and automated coupling machines under supervision.
• Fabricate hose assemblies, gaskets, and conveyor/drive belting per directives and specifications.
• Conduct warehouse inventory, move/store material using forklifts, and deliver products using company vehicles.
• Perform general housekeeping in compliance with OSHA standards and follow all safety and RGA procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
