About The Position

This position will be located at the Denver, CO branch for MGX Equipment Services and reports to the Service Manager. Candidates hired for this role will receive a $4,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days continuous service, and be eligible for our Tool Reimbursement Program of up to $1,500 per calendar year. This role requires the ability to read schematics (both hydraulic and electrical), experience in preventative maintenance (oil changes) and light equipment repair (break jobs), and light troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic systems. A mechanical background with related experience in electrical and hydraulics is necessary. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the initiative to advance, possess a clean background, demonstrate safe work habits, and have the ability and desire to provide excellent customer service. A strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills are required. A basic set of hand tools is also required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician
• Vocational training may be considered in lieu of experience
• Ability to read both electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Mechanical background and related experience with electrical and hydraulics
• Self-starter with the initiative to advance
• Clean background
• Demonstrate safe work habits
• Possession of a strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic set of hand tools required
